I became aware of Circle the City late last year. A respite center for the homeless may not seem that critical, but the realization that only one such program exists in a city with an estimated 17,500 homeless residing in it, was a sobering thought. This documentary exists to provide insight in to this facility, the wonderful people who dedicate their lives to providing a peaceful place of healing to those less fortunate, and to those who have seen better days, and will again.
